Everyone there is working hard. The front desk guys are good at their job. I've done work on the phones for 20 years, and they are knocking out the phone calls and doing a good job at it. listening to them navigate situations tells me I would want their service workers when no one is watching, they would still do the right thing. Good place to work with.

Customer service is the best! I am a commercial owner, so I had to create an account with them. Which they’re not doing over the general phone only on direct location phone. I supposed it made sense. Had 7 attempts to call, 4 of them didn’t even reach the first stage after you press 1 or 2. Someone picked up the phone and hung up immediately. Well okay, I tried to call a couple of more times and was absolutely unsuccessful. The last attempt however brought me forward and I was able to stay on the line. The lady who picked up the phone stated the maximum wait time is 10 minutes. Well, I’m okay waiting 10 minutes but not 30… Also, after the 31 minute mark they just hung up on me. Not even a second passed. Straight away beep beep. When I called back to ask maybe to come in person and not call them( I have to drive there for like 50-60 minutes). The lady stated: “I do not know, you will have to ask about it your location I will transfer you right now”. And then again wait wait and wait… At that point just don’t bother yourself with calls. Absolutely useless. Maybe it’s better to be in person with them at the location, but I work far away, and if I can do something over the phone I woul

I purchase a 3 core metal tank radiator from them back in 2004 with a lifetime warranty. I’m happy for it lasting over 15 years. However it recently sprung a major leak requiring me to call in to have it replaced. They did not have my purchase on file but I was fortunately able to find the original purchase invoice for proof of purchase. They were initially unable to find a matching replacement and attempted to get me to accept a less efficient and lesser value plastic tank radiator. After a few more calls and over a week of down time I was finally able to speak with someone at their call center that was able to help get me the correct replacement. Unfortunately the radiator tank was delivered damaged (large dent and bent tube). I cannot have my vehicle down any longer so I was forced to accept it. Funny thing is the ladies at the shop spoke very poorly of the call center personnel yet the people at the call center was able to get my correct replacement when the shop employees could not.
