Tbh it cleaned the car pretty well, but the sensor did not tell me to back up and the machine ended up scratching my rental Tesla.. So yeah glad it wasn’t my car but damn way to turn an over priced into a potential 10x insurance claim.

I typically like this location. There was a setting changed and the water pressure was higher than normal. The water pressure caused three windows to lose the seal along the window ledge due to the water pressure. Two rubber seals are barely hanging on and one completely fell off. I took photos of the damage. I will need management to contact me. Overall, I like this place, but I need to understand what happened, so I don't have this, again. I'm a regular customer.

I had a great experience at 24/7 Car Wash. Theres a guy that is always there, named Anthony He’s always holding the fort down. He walks around and talks to the customers making sure our experience was positive. Great customer service. I go to the Car Wash every other day during my lunch since I have a very long lunch, Every time I’ve been the Car Wash was clean and well-maintained, The trash is never spilling over . The equipment workes perfectly, and my car came out looking spotless with a great shine . I also appreciate that it’s open 24/7, which makes it super convenient to stop by whenever I have time. I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend it to anyone looking for a quick, quality car wash.

Great touch-free wash! The whole experience was smooth and easy, and the wash did a great job. I also really appreciated the management team taking care of customers and going the extra mile the free air fresheners were a great touch! Small details like that make a difference. Definitely recommend checking them out!

** Update ** They came through with great customer service and refused my money. Thank you. But I do recommend upgrading or updating the machines. 🙏 It’s usually a decent experience, today I was on the first one to the left. I got absolutely nothing but water no underneath carriage no soap no treatment no nothing. I don’t even know how you get your money back for something like this. I called The after hours number goes straight to voice message disappointed.
