I’ve been to this store twice now, and unfortunately I had basically the same experience both times. The biggest issue is that there are no prices displayed on the products on the showroom floor. That leaves customers having to repeatedly ask, “How much is this?” and “How much is that?” when trying to compare products and decide what to buy. I really don’t like being that customer asking a million questions, but there’s literally no other way to know the prices. Each time I asked, the older gentleman working there had to check the computer and seemed increasingly irritated that I was asking. After only a few items, I got responses along the lines of, “It’s $18.95—you gonna buy it or not?” The first time I figured maybe I caught him on a bad day. When I came back a second time, I was actually hoping someone else would be working, but unfortunately it was the same experience. I ended up buying something, but honestly I felt pressured into making the purchase just to stop the uncomfortable interaction. Good sales technique, I guess, but not a good customer experience. I need a special soap because I got my vehicle wrapped in the 3M material. They were knowledgeable and helped me get a pH balanced soap and give me a couple of pro tips.

This place has the BEST customer service! I always feel like I am part of the family when I enter the door. Chris is always there for me and answers any questions I have. He is very knowledgable and stands by his products. I noticed that there was another location that opened up in Fontana, so I decided to give it a shot... I did NOT like my experience there. So uncomfortable! I did not end up buying anything and walked out the door and drove RIGHT back to Chris at this location. I highly HIGHLY suggest going to this location over that one ANY DAY. Customer service ALWAYS makes a business strive! Thank you Chris and family!

Great place to get all my detailing supplies for my babies. All of the staff is extremely friendly. Chris was very helpful showing me all the different products. Hands down these products outperform Chemical Guys and Adams by price, performance, and application. This is my new go to detailing supply store.
