The owner helped me out with the bump on my tire. I had to have it replaced immediately so, I went there, first time. He had the necessary tools that I forgot I had inside my car, lol. I got a used tire that was beyond excellent. I'll come here for sure next time and will recommend it to people I know.

I had a good experience here. I had a blow out on the freeway on a Sunday. My options were limited, but this one stayed open past 6pm. Initially, I didn’t know if the guy was ignoring me because he saw me waiting and he was just standing there. I saw he was waiting what would happen with another customer. He got me a new tire for an affordable price. I would definitely use him again.

I had a fantastic experience with this shop and the guy's running it! First of all I called them past midnight and probably woke someone up but our wrecker/tow-truck driver (who happened to also be outstanding} got us there within the hour and the workers at Seven Stars greeted us warmly and even worked with us when we asked to give a partial payment up front. I've read that there was some biased behavior going on here and that makes me sad. I can't speak to wether racism is going on. I will say that I didn't experience the common bigotry I've seen in garages my whole life where because I'm a female I don't know what a carburator is or how much to pay to replace my tires and ensure they are aligned.

This shop is completely racist towards black or African American patrons. Since they're in my neighborhood, during an emergencies I've had with my car their business always pop up as a friendly place to for auto needs. I've gone here 3 times, and each time turned out a bad experience that leaves a bad taste and review for me to have to share with others. When I get there like every other person, I wait til someone is available to answer my questions. Everytime, I wait til they are complete. But at that point I'm ignored as if I'm completely invisible, then it seems as if I'm not understood about simple issues involving my wheels or tires. My father was a veteran mechanic so I'm well aware of the lingo or the different parts of a car, I'm just not as strong to do th work myself. I then have no choice but to seek another shop that will welcome me equally. I don't know why Latino business owners or Latino persons within higher places of employment or authority have gotten so dissatisfied with people of my origin, to me its been happening much often lately. I've done nothing wrong to hurt anyone, I grew up with Latinos living in houses where they became my neighbors in the late 80s. E
