Joe and his staff are amazing! The woman at the front desk is pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. Joe is an awesome mechanic, upbeat, and very personable. Always available to answer questions. A rare find. I HIGHLY recommend 714 auto!

I've been taking my car to 714 Auto Repair for a while now, and I can't say enough good things about the experience. Joe, the manager, is honestly one of the biggest reasons I keep coming back. He's a total people person, he remembers your name, asks about your car like he actually cares (because he does), and takes the time to explain what's going on instead of just handing you a bill. What really stands out is how honest he is. He's never once tried to upsell me on something I didn't need, and more than once he's told me a repair could wait a bit longer if I wanted to save some money. If you're looking for a shop where you're treated like a person and not just a customer, 714 Auto Repair is the place.

Joe is the best. Gives you straight answers, listens, and seemingly cares more about the long term business relationship than a quick paycheck. Would highly recommend to anyone. Have been using for years and will continue.

Bought a car I should’ve done a PPI on, but you live and learn. It was only a couple of weeks ago, and I wanted peace of mind by getting a thorough inspection of the vehicle. I’d heard good things about this shop from my co-worker, and they have amazing reviews, so I pulled the trigger and stopped by. I’m so thankful I did. After dropping it off, I got a call the next day from Joe asking to FaceTime me. He showed me everything they found wrong with the vehicle. It was mostly basic maintenance, but I really appreciated that he took the time to show me and explain what was wrong. One of the items ordered was spark plugs. I approved everything on the list, and the spark plugs came in around closing time. It happens. I asked if I could come by and pick it up since most shops are closed on Saturday, and they happened to be cleaning the shop that day. Joe said yes, which, again, I really appreciate. If you want good, honest, and quality work done, go to 714 Auto—they’ve got you covered.

You can tell from all of the high ratings & reviews 714 Auto Repair is reputable & honest. Joe is the type of person you don't find everyday...especially in auto repairs. Joe does not upsell and he tells it like it is. I highly recommend Joe with 714 Auto Repair!
