Do not trust this company. They were supposed to work with my insurance to take care of water mitigation charges. I was told I would never recieve a bill for this portion as it was their job to work with insurance etc. Outright lie. My insurance company could never get a hold of them and they made little to no effort to work on making sure it was covered like I had contracted them to do. Office is unprofessional and unavailable when you try to contact them. I was out of pocket 10k. Will never use them again and I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience working with Kevin for demolition and mold inspection. From the very beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to communicate with. He showed up on time, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I understood exactly what he was doing and why. During the mold inspection, Kevin was extremely thorough and took the time to point out areas of concern, answer all of my questions, and offer honest, practical recommendations. The demolition work was done carefully and efficiently, with a strong focus on safety and cleanliness. Kevin treated my home with respect and made sure everything was handled properly from start to finish. What really stood out was his attention to detail and his willingness to go above and beyond to make sure the job was done right it was not rushed or sloppy. If you’re looking for someone you can trust for demolition and mold inspection, I highly recommend Kevin. His professionalism, expertise, and work ethic truly deserve five stars, and I wouldn’t hesitate to hire him again in the future.

Such lovely clientele. They did a beautiful job in my kitchen! Really fixed up the years and years of mold under my sink. Very affordable too I would most definitely work with them again!!

When we found out we had mold behind are dishwasher a good friend recommended 911. I read the reviews and was impressed and now I can say from personal experience the reviews are true. The whole team, from office staff to cleaning ladies are extremely helpful. The flooring guy Rod is a true artist. Jesse and his team did a great job. The cabinet and countertop guys did a fabulous job. Ruben was great a drywaller and a number of other jobs. My home looks amazing. They are like house doctors . Thank you Jeff, Wade . Aaron, Rod, Jesse, Ruben and so many others on the 911 team. I highly recommend 911.
