We had to use 911 Restoration for a roof leak. They were extremely responsive from the beginning. When I called them, they had someone here in just a few hours and they began work immediately. There were 4 different employees who came out to check on the status regularly. All very nice and knew what they were doing. Highly recommend!!

I contacted 911 restoration on 2/18 for a emergency Covid-19 sanitation for my grandmas home. Not only were they very responsive, respectful and understanding but they were able to be on site within 1-hour. The individual who came out to sanitize and clean was very punctual, respectful and polite. My grandmas house was fog, sanitize and wiped. I was very satisfied with the service and experience. I will definitely be calling 911 restoration if I ever need there services. Great job you guys and a big thank you from our family to yours. -JR Mata.

Experienced. Friendly. Knowledgeable. Professional. This is what you can expect from Ophir Levin and his crew at 911 Restoration. Last year, we had heavy rains at which time we discovered a leak in the roof in the bathroom. We had to get a new roof and we later had the window replaced. But we hadn't checked for mold. Although my husband had assured me that there wasn’t any, I was skeptical. So at my urging, he finally called 911 Restoration and made an appointment to have the areas inspected. The inspector arrived on time. He was friendly and knowledgeable in explaining to us how he checks for moisture and mold. After the completed his inspection, I was relieved to hear him say that we didn't have any mold issues. Thanks you so much, Ophir Levin and 911 Restoration. Your professionalism and thoroughness is appreciated. We highly recommend the services of your company.

As a Property Manager and Owner, I've worked with all sorts of companies on many different issues but Mold, Water and Moisture issues are among the most difficult and worrisome problems because of the immense time-crunch involved when these types of emergencies arise. Ophir the owner, his job-site manager Norman and their crew have done amazing work now at two different properties. They are so professional and reliable that I had them do remediation and removal in my home and trusted their contractor to do the rebuild in the bathroom. I couldn't be more pleased given the time-constraints we had and the budget we had to work with. I will not hesitate to call them anytime I need work done of this type. I would recommend you hire them any time you have water/smoke/mold/moisture/asbestos removal and abatement issues. And even if you have a contractor, give serious consideration to their bids for the rebuild afterward. I went through them from soup-to-nuts and couldn't be happier with the results!!

911 RESTORATION SB was very attentive to every detail regarding our emergency flooding situation. Ophir quickly assessed the damage, consulted with us & explained every detail about what was needed and what had to be done to get the situation in hand. When the problem was found to be from a totally different source than originally prescribed the next morning, he quickly went with the game plan and had his crew in place. He is knowledgeable, a team player, a gentleman, and assisted all involved far and above his job description plus his equipment is top notch. I could not be happier with the efficiency of 911 RESTORATION SB and have already recommended them to friends and realtors in town. A JOB VERY WELL DONE!
