I recently purchased a BMW X5 and came to A&L German Motorwerks to have the car looked over and to get some help understanding and setting up some of its features. I had a great experience with Alex and his team. Alex was extremely friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. I initially only had one key with me, and Alex explained that I needed both keys to complete the setup. He told me I could go home, get the second key, and come back. When I returned with it, he was busy working, but as soon as he saw me, he stopped what he was doing and came out right away to help me. What really impressed me was that he never seemed to mind how much time he spent helping me, patiently showed me different features of my BMW, answered all my questions, and even test-drove the car when I asked him about something I was feeling while driving. There is a lot for me to learn with a new car, and Alex made me feel completely comfortable asking questions. I have bringing my BMWs to Alex since before he had the shop and there’s nobody I trust with my car more than him. He always goes above and beyond to provide excellent and honest service. I always go with whatever he recommends and it’s always worked out great for me and my cars. Present day, I am driving an M8 competition now being that it’s a high performance car the 30 minute drive to bring my car to Alex is 100% worth it having peace of mind on the road.

I can’t say enough good things about A&L German Motorwerks. From the moment my dad and I walked in, Alex and Daniel took great care of us, and it was clear they were focused on doing right by us, not just getting us in and out the door. We had multiple issues to address in my BMW X5, and they were kind and patient through every single question we asked. They never once made us feel rushed, and they even worked with us on pricing to make it manageable on our end. That kind of consideration means a lot, especially when you’re already stressed about car troubles piling up. It’s clear they genuinely care about the people who walk through their door, and they made sure my car didn’t leave their shop until it was in completely great shape. Second time using their services and Alex has been nothing but helpful and informative while helping us get our cars get back to normal! First time owners of BMW and he makes it easier to deal with small maintenance needs. 👍🏻 He has a snack bar set up that helped the little one cope with waiting while we were taken care of. I highly recommend Alex and the team at A&L German Motorwerks! Alex is incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely knowledgeable. I brought my car in for a brake flush, coolant flush and some AC diagnostics, and the work was flawless. What really set him apart was his top tier custom service -he seamlessly coordinated my warranty services directly with Crevier BMW, saving me a massive headache and a ton of time. It's rare to find an independent shop with this level of expertise and dedication. I will definitely be recommending Alex to all my family and friends!
