I want to bear testimony of the professionalism, experience, integrity, and compassion that Mark and Suzanne displayed while I first came here to California and my 2015 Volvo XC60 took a turn for the worst the day after I arrived. I found A Import Specialist while searching for a Volvo mechanic that had 4 stars or higher in the Riverside area. I drove all the way from Detroit to start my new life here in California when my Volvo decided it didn't want to pick up and move anymore. I got ahold of Mark first and he gave me a very honest perspective of what I was looking at mechanically and financially. I won't lie, it was a doozy. There were so many components in the engine that were dying a slow death and the cost to fix them was a lot for me at the time. Here's the thing, I love the way this car drives and this was my first European car but I had no idea that the parts were so expensive. Mark and Suzanne stuck with me through the entire process of working with my warranty adjustor, gave me updates constantly, and even worked with me in regard to the balance that I had to pay out of pocket because they knew how strapped I was. Mark and Susanne came highly recommended by friends and family, and let me tell you - they exceeded every expectation. Our 2010 Toyota Rav4 had a transmission go bad. Under extended warranty, I had the transmission replaced. We got a remanufactured transmission from Toyota and upon installation, it failed for some yet unknown internal issue. A replacement was supplied by Toyota, my lady picked up the vehicle and had to bring it back to the shop the very next day due to what seemed to be the same issues. After almost 9 weeks without a car my lady was at her wits end, and so was I 😂. We got the referral to A Import and had the Rav towed to them. From Day 1, Susanne and Mark got to work diagnosing and repairing our ride, and kept informed of progress with daily updates as to their diagnosis and repairs. They utilize advanced diagnostic tools, and Mark is truly a wizard - not to mention honest and upfront. He gave me every opportunity to save money with each discovery/development as he worked his magic on our car. I went to this company two weeks ago to get my starter replaced I don't have a complaint about the starter. My complaint is about the fact that after I removed my car from there I went and got an oil change and the oil company Valvoline removed 9 quarts of oil out of my Mercedes C300 it only holds 6 quarts, so someone there maybe mistakenly put a lot of oil in my car intentional I don't know, also my sunroof worked perfectly now it doesn't close all the way and appears to have some sort of jam I found their tools in the backseat of my car they were there to fix my starter not to ramble inside my car, clearly my car was tampered with wow they were repairing it I'll never ever go there again.

Great service! First time bringing my car here. Got new brakes and rotors. Great price, significantly less than other quotes I got. Brought it in in the morning and was ready for pick up a few hours later. This will be mlmy go to repair shop for my Jaguar.
