I strongly recommend thinking twice before using this business. I brought my vehicle here for windshield tinting. Before leaving my vehicle with them, I specifically asked about my Houston Limousine License sticker because I knew it was important and I did not want it damaged. I was told that the sticker would be put back on and would look “like new.” That did NOT happen. During the service, my Houston Limousine License sticker was badly torn and damaged. As shown in my photos, the sticker was ripped apart and is no longer in its original condition. I immediately brought the damage to the manager’s attention. Instead of apologizing, taking responsibility, or offering any reasonable solution, the manager became extremely aggressive and dismissive. He told me: “This is normal. If it’s damaged, it’s damaged.” I explained that this is an official Houston Limousine License sticker and that replacing it would cost me money and potentially require additional time and paperwork. His response was: “That’s your problem. You deal with it yourself. I don’t have time to deal with you.” Let that sink in. Someone shattered the back window of my Kia Soul EV, and I’m happy to have found affordable auto glass to fix it the next day. This was a great place for a car window replacement. They had the exact tinted window for my back window and replaced it at a reasonable price($189). This place is also VERY organized and has a great system that will get you serviced at a great time. The area has a variety of stores, restaurants, coffee shops, and unique places that you can visit while you wait for your car to be serviced. I highly recommend anyone to get their car serviced here in Houston, Texas.

Great experience at Affordable Auto Glass. They replaced the windshield on my 2024 Volkswagen Jetta quickly and did a clean, professional job. The staff was friendly and the process was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

I dropped off my car at 12:30 pm today to have my front right window installed with tint, and it was finished in just about 2 hours. The quality of the work is excellent, and the pricing is unbeatable. I highly recommend this place to anyone needing auto glass or tint services. Had an awesome experience with Affordable Auto Glass. I brought in my 2020 Kia Stinger after it got broken into earlier that same day, so I was already dealing with a stressful situation. These guys made it incredibly easy. They gave me the best quote out of everyone I called, and even better, they got me taken care of fast. Not only did they replace the glass, but they perfectly matched the tint, and had everything done within an hour. That kind of turnaround is hard to find. Super professional, efficient, and fair on pricing. This is officially my new glass guy. Highly recommend.
