Went to get a stripped drain plug changed in the transfer case of my Jeep turns out it wasn't stripped but I had him put the new $11 drain plug in and change the fluid they change me $192. What a rip off

I left dropped my vehicle off after hours. I wrote on an envelope the problem I was having. I put the key in the envelope and dropped it in the door mail slot. Juan contacted me first thing the next day and began diagnose the problem. The front CV axels needed to be replaced. Parts were ordered and and the work was done. AA is very attentive. I have been a satisfied customer for many years.

Have had several cars worked on, owner, Frankie and service tech., Juan are fantastic.. Pleased with ac, brake, suspension work performed..heck I even took my classic car for service..

Came to Airport Auto Tech to get an oil change on my boyfriend's car. It was recommended because one of his friends works here but Juan at customer service was extremely kind and helpful with everything! Will be coming back for sure!

This is my first time at Oxnard Auto repair I met Juan at the customer service. I explain the car has light and it’s giving two codes. He recommended full dignostic to see the issue in details after test he called steps to fix and cost . Very clear. Some part will be adjusted if I give them opportunity to fix . This is the area I would like this company to improve for all maintenance Dignostic cost fully should be adjusted . This is offered by most of the stores and delars. He is very knowledgeable and very thrill about the process. He was cleared about the time how long it will take to fix . The store is clean and organized.
