After my 2026 WRX had multiple windows shattered, this shop took great care of me from start to finish. They replaced the glass quickly, cleaned out all the broken glass inside the car, and the installation looks factory perfect. Communication was solid throughout the whole process and they made a stressful situation a lot easier to deal with. The tint and fitment came out great, no rattles or issues afterward. I definitely recommend them if you need quality auto glass work done fast and professionally.

I was quoted $275 for a job when I specifically asked for the price of a windshield, and for them to come out and install it. when the job was done they wanted me to pay $350. There was apparently a service charge that wasn’t included in my quote and I was forced to pay more than I expected. Do no go through them, they tack on hidden fees and misquote. They quoted my girlfriend $235 for the windshield, then quoted me $275, and in the end I ended up paying $350! How does the price increase 3 times? I won’t be going through this company again.

I hate having to write this because I’ve been coming here for years, but this last experience was ridiculous. I brought my Mercedes AMG in for a windshield replacement. Jay charged me $1,150 cash. Before I paid, I asked him straight up if that price included calibration and he basically brushed it off and said yeah. When I got the car back, turns out he never did the calibration, then tried to hit me with an extra charge for it after the fact. After that, he pretty much avoided me. Blew off my calls and every time I tried to stop by, it was like nothing got handled. Once he got paid, it felt like he didn’t care what happened to my car! I ended up taking it to Walter’s Mercedes and they confirmed the windshield was installed incorrectly, which messed up my adaptive headlight system. Mercedes charged me $700 to fix what the installer did wrong. I even went back to Jay the same day with paperwork showing it was the installation mistake and honestly he didn’t seem to care at all. If you have a luxury car and don’t want to waste hours and hundreds of dollars, I wouldn’t recommend this place. Felt dishonest and super unprofessional!

I took my 4Runner to get my front windshield replaced. It leaked after the first wash 10 days after installation. It continued to leak and after taking it back FOUR times they finally took the windshield out to redo the whole replacement using the same piece of glass. Myself or my wife had to take off work to get it “fixed” 4 times as to not ruin our headliner. Well after the recent rains the windshield still leaks, headliner is ruined and our car smells like mildew. I wouldn’t even be writing this but never once did they say sorry or even act like they cared. Never once did they offer a discount.Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the trouble.

I've trusted American autoglass repair to fix and/or replace different glass parts (depending on the situation) for all of my cars. I'm a 12+ year loyal customer. Staff are so friendly and they go above and beyond to get the job done quickly and safely. This last time was no different. My car got broken into via a window and I needed it fixed ASAP. They replaced it super quickly and for a very fair price. They also cleaned my car of all the broken glass from the robbery. They're just awesome.
