Went in to get 1 tire replaced and he told me it was cash only, so I walked to 7/11 to pull cash out 120$ for new tire, came back and he was working on my 2 front tires. Unknown to me he had replaced 2 tires not 1 and on top of that said I have to pay for both tires and said I can pay the other half with my card. Horrible service, overpriced and lied straight to my face about cash only.

I got a used tire in really, really good shape for only $60! The guys who work here ate easy nice and super fast. I even asked about the price for new tires and it was incredibly fair. I will for sure be going back (hopefully not frequently)

Don’t recommend this place due to customer service. Went in to repair a flat. Tire was not repairable and then I told the guy how much for the same tire I have in now. Tires are Firestone and guys got mad he said I don’t sale that brand here it’s not worth it for me and walked back inside and left me outside. I felt like cursing at the guy. But I left and will never ever go back.

I got a used tire because it would loose air after two days. Then had to go back to be Charged ten dollers to reseal a used tire they put on yesterday. Told me maybe the rim was bad becuase it went low after a few hours. Went to the neighboring tire place told me the rim was fine and showed me the chunk of rubber missing on the inside of the tire by the rim which was causing the slow leak.

Pathetic customer service. I came to this location on a Sunday looking to purchase two tires. A was given a quote and began to replace the tires. He had a helper assist him and I noticed he didn't dunk the tires but he said they were already checked. I had a 6 month infant in with me who was restless so I was tending to her and should have insisted but I didn't. I then paid for the said quoted amount and received my receipt back with an additional $0.85 cent charge which I assume was the fee. I proceed to go home which is on freeway and immediately my car is vibrating out of control. I returned the next day since by now the place was closed. I asked the gentleman who was working today why isn't the tires balance. He said it would have been $5.00 extra above my quoted amount. I was not told this yesterday and so he said I should have paid $5 more for each. Who buys a tire and not suggest that? I've never purchased a tire and not been told that information because I would have of course added on so I wouldn't endangered my child in my car. I will never return here again especially since I work for the city and I will verify if this establishment is legally able to operate since this
