I can't recommend American Factory Wheel highly enough. After I hit a bad pothole, I took my car to the dealer, who never actually figured out what was wrong. American Factory Wheel diagnosed it correctly right away. Turned out I had two bent wheels and a third that needed balancing, and they repaired all of it expertly. These guys genuinely know their stuff. They're the real experts, which is exactly why they came so highly recommended, including by high-end performance shops that don't send people just anywhere. Darren in the front office took impeccable care of me. I was in and out in a few hours, and the waiting room made it easy, comfortable and with solid wifi so I could actually get some work done. One thing that stood out before I even walked in: the owner, Josh, posts great videos walking through the repair process. That kind of transparency builds real trust and confidence. American Factory Wheel did an amazing job fixing two cracks in my rim. They were professional, honest, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. The repair was done quickly, and the wheel looks and drives great now. I really appreciated how easy they made the whole process and how confident I felt having them fix my car. Outstanding customer service! Very detailed on the process what they were going to do. Kept me informed throughout. And I was in and out in less than 2 hours. They completely fixed my bent rim. These rims are extremely expensive and hard to find. So thank you to the team for getting it fixed. Would definitely return.

Hi! I met the top wheel refinished, Darren at American Factory Wheel in Santee, CA, I was so impressed by his knowledge of what to do to repair my alloy wheel damage,a crack in the rim, that I immediately said”let’s do it.” I gave my damaged rim over to the shop to repair and refinish my alloy rim. The pricing was fair, didn’t break my bank,so I’m happy about that. I picked up my rim today and the team put on and balanced that rear tire. This is the 2nd wheel I gave them to repair, that’s how satisfied I am with their work and artistry. I became a repeat customer immediately. Need one more wheel, warped/bent by pot hole and curb, redone. Don’t know if it can be corrected, but was told if it’s not able to be repaired, I wouldn’t have to pay anything. Did a really great job on my Model 3 performance. Looks like new. Can’t even tell anything happened as well. Feeling over it and it feels like normal.
