I came in today for a service and inspection on my vehicle and was very satisfied with the care I received from Rafael. The process was fast and efficient, the cost was reasonable, and the staff was kind and professional throughout. I appreciate the transparency and the care they took with my car. I highly recommend their service and give them five stars.

Amazing customer service! Getting a flat tire is so stressful, I got a tow and was immediately helped. The staff is very kind, understanding, and willing to go above and beyond. My friends recommended this shop and I’m so happy I listened. I hope to not have to come back, but if I get a flat tire in the future this is definitely my spot. Thank you guys!

Raphael was very helpful on the phone and in person at the Riverside American Tire Depot. It took under an hour to complete service of four brand new Cosmo tires. Just have to see how long they will last before another new set. My last set of Michelins lasted over two years (but couldn’t afford in these economy times) great service all around and recommend this tire shop.

I’d like to share my experience. I needed tires mounted on my classic car and decided to give American Tire Depot a try. It was my first time there, and I’m glad I did. I worked with George, who was professional, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to deal with. He mounted my tires on my brand-new wheels and noticed that one of the wheels was warped. He took the time to show me exactly what was wrong on the balancing machine, and it was clear the wheel had a significant issue. After contacting the manufacturer and getting a replacement wheel, I returned to see George. Once again, he took great care of me and got everything squared away quickly. Based on my experience, I highly recommend American Tire Depot. Excellent customer service and honest, professional work.

Amazing customer service! George is awesome! Called to inquire about their service, tire options, promo they had for Black Friday and he answered all my questions and truly helpful. Very knowledgeable about tires, my car specs and I learned a little more about the different types of tires, life of tire and warranty. They provide other services as well and I will be back for brakes service. My husband found them via google search for his 1979 camero tires and he recommended for me to look into this shop. George and team are exemplary and provide great service! Also, the service did not take long at all! Nice waiting room area as well.
