I’ve been here for new tires, flat tire repair, )which is free!!). Now I just had my rear brakes changed as well. Great staff. The guys are great. Prices are fair. Service is fantastic. They Ubered me to work while they worked on my car. Great place.!

I can absolutely see why America Tire Depot, in Valencia, CA. has such an outstanding reputation and so many five-star reviews. My experience from start to finish was exceptional! Philip’s leadership, knowledge, and genuine care for both his customers and his team were evident the moment I walked through the door. He made me feel less like a customer and more like a friend. We had a great conversation about his career as a musician, his travels abroad, and how he was looking forward to visiting New Orleans, LA.—my hometown—which made the entire visit enjoyable and memorable. It’s refreshing to meet a manager who not only leads by example but also truly looks out for his employees and creates such a welcoming atmosphere. Jaiden was the first person I spoke with, and his phone etiquette and professionalism immediately made a great first impression. He was courteous, knowledgeable, and made the scheduling process effortless. Jason, the service technician, did an excellent job replacing the tire sensor on my car. Fast, friendly, and reliable service. The staff was knowledgeable and made sure my vehicle was taken care of properly without trying to upsell unnecessary services. The shop was clean, the prices were great, and the customer service was excellent. I’ll definitely be coming back for future maintenance.

Great mechanics and great customer service! Fair pricing and appointments are allowed. They are open Saturday and Sunday and that works with my schedule!

Special shoutout to “Phillip” for taking care of a flat tire on Sunday (America’s tire is closed on Sunday -long time customer) American Tire Depot is one of few tire shops open on Sunday. He took care of a flat tire within an hour and best thing is “free of charge” I’ll definitely return to the store if I need new tires and other service they provide. My friend recently had oil change and break job done - he spoke well of this place. Go check it out. Strongly recommended
