I want to take a moment to recognize Fred for his outstanding customer service. The first time I met him was when I came in to have tires mounted for my son's car. Fred took the time to listen to my situation, understood exactly what I needed, and immediately found a solution. He went above and beyond without any hesitation, and his positive energy made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. Then, today, I had the bad luck of getting a flat tire early in the morning—but the good luck of finding Fred there again. It almost felt like he was waiting just for me! Once again, he took care of everything quickly and professionally. He got me in and out so fast... not like the hamburger place, but with something even better: genuine kindness, respect, and spectacular customer service. Fred is the kind of employee every business hopes to have. His professionalism, willingness to help, and friendly attitude truly make a difference. Amazing experience! Everyone was so kind, professional, and genuinely caring. They fixed my tire very quickly while still being careful and thorough. You can truly tell the employees here are honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find nowadays. Super grateful for their help and excellent service. Highly recommend!

Great customer service, clear communication honest, and fair prices. I would recommend all to give them a chance. I've bought tires, had brake job, brake flush and oil changes done here. Shout out to Fred for his kindness and honesty because most shops quote me outrageous prices for work my SUV doesn't even need.

installed summers removed winters. they found the secret 21” summer tire selection button in my tpms menu and deactivated the air ride so they were not fighting with the suspension. no popped tires no balancing issues no concerns or complaints. thoroughness over timeliness, PERFECT because they checked their work the first time!!!!
