Nothing but great things to say about AWT, and it’s all thanks to working with Johnny. I gave him a call to discuss what I was looking to have done, and he was quick to answer my questions, communicate throughout the process, and get everything moving. He made the entire experience easy from start to finish. I ended up going with a 6” Rough Country lift, 3” wheel spacers, and 37x12.50R17 tires, and I couldn’t be happier with how the truck turned out. If you’re looking for a shop that communicates well, stands behind their work, and takes care of their customers, I highly recommend giving Johnny and the team at AWT a call. As a returning customer, I recently brought my vehicle in to have some suspension components installed. While discussing the project with one of the AWT team members, I mentioned that I thought I might need additional parts. Instead of selling me something I didn't need, they honestly explained that the extra parts were unnecessary. That kind of integrity is rare and is one of the many reasons I continue to bring my business to AWT. JD was the team member who assisted me throughout the process. He took the time to review exactly what I wanted done, provided a clear estimate, and answered all of my questions. Before leaving, I also spoke with Mike, the owner, about having my seats recovered. Since AWT now offers upholstery services, we added that work to the ticket as well. Throughout the project, JD kept me informed with regular updates and even sent photos of the progress, which I greatly appreciated. The workmanship was outstanding, and the level of customer service exceeded my expectations. I had an excellent experience with American Wheel & Tire. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free. A special thank you to Johnny, my sales representative, who went above and beyond to answer all of my questions. His communication and customer service were outstanding throughout the entire process. I also want to recognize the install team for their professionalism and attention to detail. The installation was completed efficiently, and the quality of the work was top-notch. It’s clear they take pride in what they do, and it showed in the final result. It’s hard to find businesses that combine great customer service with quality workmanship, but American Wheel & Tire delivered on both. I had gone in to order some wheels I sae on the website. Jad found them but informed me that they would need to be ordered and it would take a while for them to come in. Now mind you, I had inadvertently gone in a few minutes before closing on a Saturday. I told Jad that I would come back another time because I do not like keeping people late. Jad insisted that it was fine and that he did not mind helping me find the perfect set of wheels. But let me tell yall, he did find the perfect set of wheels for me!! I got them ordered a week later and when they came in, he texted me to let me know they were there. I seriously got there as fast as I could lol. From initial contact to installation, this was probably the easiest transaction I have ever done for my car. The gentleman that installed my wheels was also great and he apologized for it taking so long. If every business had employees like the ones here, the world be a much better place. I am over the moon happy with the fresh, new look of my car. Thank you Jad and everyone else!

Long story short, I own the baddest Chevrolet Colorado in the country (IMO) and it is thanks to American Wheel & Tire (AWT). Living in Houston, I struggled finding a trust worthy truck shop who could essentially take ownership of my brand new zero mile 2025 Chevrolet Colorado ZR2 Bison edition truck and perform a long series of detailed modifications, fortunately I was able to find AWT since my chevy dealer often outsources their dealer warrantied modifications through them. I am in an unusual situation since I spend my time in Iraq 11 months of the year, so when I do business with a company I have to fully trust them to provide honest service while I remotely communicate with them. Lucky for me, AWT has shown me the best customer service and experience I have ever come across in my entire life. The quality of work performed on my truck is simply put, precisely what I needed, with the addition of professional touches that even I didn't think of. My custom truck build sheet is now 38 line items deep with over $23,000 worth of parts and services that AWT has so far meticulously installed for me, and I fully intend to continue to add on.
