Lupe at America’s tire was phenomenal today. He is the definition of stellar customer experience. It was clear to see that he genuinely cared about getting me the best tires for my car and prioritizing safety and my driving style. He walked me through multiple options and helped me find the ideal tire. The shop was very quick at patching the hole in my tire, filling up my spare, putting the spare back in my car for me, and setting me up for an appointment to replace my car’s tires for a date that better fit my schedule. I had a great experience at America's Tire with Isaac. He helped me right away. I had a slow leak in one of my tires and got a new tire for free covered under the warranty. It was done in 30 minutes. It was a very easy process. I appreciated the great service I received from Isaac and the America's Tire team and will recommend them in the future!

I had a very disappointing experience at the America’s Tire location at 2915 Bristol St, Costa Mesa, CA 92626. I came in to purchase and install new tires on my vehicle, which has aftermarket Vossen wheels. I provided the proper tools and clearly explained that the wheels require careful handling. During service, I was told that a simple screw securing the wheel cover (center cap)—needed to access the lug nuts—had been stripped and could not be removed. This is a basic, non-structural screw and should not be damaged when handled properly. Instead of resolving the issue, the store manager contacted the owner of a nearby shop, Costa Mesa Brakes & Tires Inc. (2945 Randolph Ave, Suite C), which is essentially next door (about a 3-minute walk), and had them come over to take my car while I waited at America’s Tire. I was then instructed to walk over to that shop and pay $150 out-of-pocket just to remove a single screw. I was also told the two businesses have an existing relationship. After that, I was still charged $112 for tire installation at America’s Tire, meaning I paid separately for a step that should have been part of the installation process. Great service at America’s Tire in Costa Mesa! Even though it was really busy around midday, the staff was friendly and worked fast. They checked and replaced my tires in less than 1.5 hours. Alejandro was super helpful and really knows his stuff. He explained everything clearly and made the whole process easy. I’ll definitely come back here next time. Highly recommend!
