After paying and reserving online in advance, when I arrived in location, they had a reserved spot for me with my name on it, took my car quickly and finished in around 45mn. They also matched the prices of the tires I found online, and they were in stock at this location the next day. Only slight issue that doesn't affect the great experience I had there, was the fact that they called me when the tires arrived, asking when I would like to come to the shop to get them installed, when I already had an appointment day and time booked online from their own website, which stated that everything was setup.

Staff is flexible, friendly, and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. I paid $376 in all to replace my Tire Pressure Sensors on all 4 tires of my Lexus; Lexus quoted me 3 times the amount! (~$900). While the sensors American tire initially didn't pair with my vehicle, they were quick to order correct OEM sensors that did at no additional cost to me. I'm very satisfied and can only sing this store's praises.

I cannot say enough good things about my experience at America’s Tire today. I came in because my tires were beyond worn out—I literally had steel belts showing. Financially, I could only afford to replace two tires, and I made it clear that financing wasn’t an option for me. Instead of just selling me what I could afford and sending me on my way, the salesman genuinely cared about my safety. He refused to let me leave in an unsafe vehicle and somehow made it happen. Because of his kindness and willingness to help, I was able to leave with four brand-new tires instead of two. In today’s world, it’s rare to find someone who puts a customer’s safety ahead of making a sale. As I was leaving, another vehicle pulled into the driveway with its rear tire literally smoking. Within seconds, it caught fire. Without hesitation, the salesman grabbed fire extinguishers, ran outside, and helped put out the fire before anyone was hurt. That moment confirmed exactly what I had already experienced—they truly care about people, not just tires. I will say that the customer service here is wonderful. My whole family has come here forever, and when I started driving, I obviously did as well. I had a bit of a frustrating situation with the tires that were put on recently, but when I brought this to their attention, they really did help fix it. Even their online chat agents are kind and helpful. I really appreciate their efforts and how they fixed the issue I had! I haven’t received this kind of customer service in like a decade or more! Good people and good business!

He genuinely cared about my safety when recommending a full set of four tires, and his customer service was hands-down the best I've ever experienced.
