I came in with a scheduled appointment and still had to wait. I purchased new tires because I was leaving town the following day to attend my friend’s wedding in San Jose. Unfortunately, after the tires were installed, something inside one of the tires was damaged during the service. The next day, while I was on my way to San Jose, the tire went flat. I had to turn around and come back, which caused me to miss my friend’s wedding entirely. On top of that, the Toyota emblem on my wheel was broken during the service. I also became aware that damage was done to the rims on a black truck that was serviced as well, which adds to my concern about how the vehicles were handled. At this point, this has cost me much more than an inconvenience. I purchased brand-new tires, wasted gas driving toward San Jose and back, lost a significant amount of time, and ultimately missed an important event because of an issue that occurred immediately after your service. Given everything that happened, I believe fair compensation would be a complimentary tire balancing/alignment service or a credit toward a future tire replacement/service. I unfortunately have had to visit this store multiple times. When I say "unfortunately" it's only because each time was due to a NAIL in my tire! But each time I visit this store location on Shaw and First; I am grateful, educated, and spoke to professionally. Always a fairly quick experience. Really appreciate the team here!

Came in recently and bought two tires I needed before they fell apart. The customer service was great but there must have been something wrong with the installation. My car now drifts to the left very bad, and just 3 days later a tire that was rotated is now flat and unable to hold air. Now I need another tire and have to spend more money after I was spent on my way. Bro also couldn't get my phone number down right for some reason. 3 stars cause this is the first time I've ever had issues with this establishment.

Needed tires and the staff were friendly and informative. They gave us options and showed us the various reviews on the tires in stock. The info showed the medium priced tires were going to be the best bang for our money. They were rated as high or higher than the Michelin tires we were looking at! Thank you Sean and team!
