On my way out of town for a party, I ended up with a nail in my tire. I pulled into this location around 3:15 PM on a extremely busy afternoon. Even though they were completely slammed, the team checked me in right away and handled the entire tire repair free of charge, getting me back on the road by 5:45 PM. Despite the heavy crowd, every staff member remained incredibly friendly, patient, and professional throughout. Shout out to the whole team here for their amazing service! The clean restrooms and complimentary water in the waiting area were also much appreciated. Highly recommended!

Very well organized operation. The guys here are really good at explaining procedures and expectations in English. The website and app and texting experience are also better than DISCOUNT TIRE AND SERVICE CENTER. (By the way, it is really confusing that American Tire is the California name for Discount Tire since discount tire and service centers was already in California.) The online price matching is very useful and easy. Juan was very patient, clear, and helpful over the phone as well as in person. And Luis was very friendly and had a positive spirit that can easily make a stressful day feel better! Stores need to know that this kind of customer support is more important than just knowledge when it comes to customer and employee retention/satisfaction.

I’m usually a big fan of America’s Tires, and have been a loyal lifetime customer. This location though really turned me off. I set an appointment for 4pm, and didn’t get seen until 4:30. Then my car didn’t even get worked on until 5:45pm. The appointments here don’t mean anything it seems and it’s very disorganized. I think I will pay the extra $ and go to a tire shop that won’t waste my time

Love this place. Whether you go really early in the morning or if you make an appt online every team member in this pace is very friendly, respectful and courteous to our needs. They went above and beyond helping us.we encountered an issue when having our new tires put on our car and they were able to resolve it and make it better than it was before. This is our second time there and always think of going here first whenever an issue occurs with our car.

I am deeply disappointed with the service at this location. After getting my tires serviced, my car began vibrating violently. I took it to an independent mechanic who confirmed the issue was a complete lack of wheel balancing despite this store claiming and charging for it. Furthermore, the staff has shown zero accountability. I was promised a call back to resolve this, but no one ever followed up. I am left feeling ignored and mistreated, and I am now looking into how to formally protect my rights as a consumer.

Job done really fast, but too rush!pressure too high and uneven for left vs right, and put two different ET wheels cross at front and rear. I feel so sad for the service of this time. Hope your guys can be better.

I had to come in a day early due to a work scheduling conflict. The staff was friendly and accommodating. I was able to get the tires on while I waited. The wait was longer than expected but the staff was wonderful.

Quick, efficient, and reasonable prices. Nothing more you can ask for. These guys and the Costa Mesa location are some of the best. Got here early at 7:40 am and they took my car in around 7:45 even though I had an 8 am appointment and they technically didn't open until 8. They finished it around 8:05. Good people. Also, there's an open window bay too so that you can see them working on your car.
