Excellent and professional staff. I have had great experiences here multiple times. Whether via appointment or just walking in the staff have been exceptional. Today was really busy and I realized my tires needed immediate attention the staff were able to help me out as a walk-in in just under two hours. Considering how busy it was and how cool calm and helpful the staff remained was impressive. Thank you America's Tire team! Keep up the great work!

This is the best tire place I've ever came to, cool guys that are on top of things, they were a bit busy , but still got my 4 new tires replaced and got me back on the road within 1 hour total, that's fast!! I can finish my route for work . These guys deserve a raise if they always work this good. Keep them paid well and you will keep the best workers and happy customers like myself.. Have to write a 5 stars review for this America's Tire today. Got a nail on one tire of my Tesla, and it was in the middle flat area. Tire pressure is lower than other 3 tires but still drivable. Drive to this place and they repaired the tire for me for free because I bought tires from them before for my other car. 5 stars!

I placed my tire order and scheduled my installation appointment six days in advance for 8:00 AM at the Mountain View location. Earlier today, America’s Tire even sent me an appointment reminder confirming that everything would be ready for my 8:00 AM appointment, including instructions on where to park when I arrived. That level of confidence would be fine if the store actually had the order ready. Instead, the night before my appointment, I received a call telling me that not all four tires were in stock. That is unacceptable. This was not a same-day walk-in. This was not a last-minute request. This was an order placed almost a full week in advance with a scheduled appointment. If inventory was not complete, that should have been identified and communicated well before the night before the appointment, not after I had already planned my Saturday morning around an 8:00 AM installation. The most frustrating part was the handling of the call. Luis was unable to provide a clear timeframe for when the fourth tire would be available and came across dismissive instead of solution-oriented. America's Tire really came through for me. Jimena's knowledge about tires helped me choose the perfect tires for my car. Very patient with me. Did not push anything and asked for what I was looking for. The tires arrived the next day and they took me in last minute. Really great individuals and hard working employees. I recommend everyone to support this store.
