Amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly and professional, and they didn't charge me a dime to patch up a small puncture in my flat tire. Highly recommend!

The guys here are just exceptional! Always have great service, great prices, and great attitude! I ordered a tire for same day delivery, had to get my car towed there, and we showed up 10 mins after they closed... Guess what, Alejandro still PERSONALLY made it happen and we were able to drive home within 25 mins! Even before this, had all 4 tires changed - great value, excellent experience, and exceptional service- everytime! Ask about the price match, and yiu can watch them do it all from the large open windows or even outside!

Here is my raving review for American Tire Store in Palo Alto (from a not-easy-to-please customer). We brought in both of our cars to replace all 4 tires on each, fully expecting the usual upsells, delays, and the classic “we need to order your tires” wait. Instead, the entire experience was straightforward. They didn’t push the most expensive options, just asked how we actually use the cars and recommended what made sense. Practical, not pushy. We appreciate the consistency from this center - both visits, same level of attention, clear communication, they genuinely respect your time. No inflated promises or last-minute surprises. Just solid work, done exactly when they said it would be. That makes it worth coming back!

It’s my 1st time to America’s tire , the place is clean , customer service representatives are friendly and helpful. Waiting time is shorter than expected. Got a nail in the tire, they repaired free of charge, I was so impressed by their professional service. I’ll refer my friends and family members to the store for future tire repair.

I had a mixed experience at America's Tire Palo Alto. Pros: With an appointment, the service was very fast. I had all four tires replaced on a weekday in under an hour, which I appreciated. The waiting area also looked reasonably clean and organized. Cons: Unfortunately, the execution and attention to detail were disappointing. They initially installed the wrong tires. I had to return to get it corrected, and while they did fix it, there was no apology or acknowledgment of the mistake. After the reinstallation, I was not notified that my car was ready. The vehicle was left outside with the key inside, and no staff member was monitoring it. Anyone could have accessed the car, which felt unsafe and unprofessional. Small details were overlooked: My original valve caps were all matching, but after the installation, three were replaced with round caps and one with a different shape. It’s a minor thing, but it reflects a lack of attention to detail. Tire pressure was inconsistent after the install. Readings ranged from 33 to 38 PSI across the four tires, instead of being properly calibrated and consistent. Overall, while the speed was impressive, the lack of care, communication, an
