Had a couple of nails in a tire, they had an appointment next day and serviced it within a hour. Very happy with the service experience. I understand they have to mention the whole spiel of considering replacing tires, but they respected my decision when I said I wasn't interested in that today. Generally, I think from now on I will only come to this location (previous bad experiences w/ the one in West Sacramento, Ikea Ct).

07/06/2026 Update: They refunded me the labor for one of the tires, which was pretty cool. But they mentioned that there is a separate labor charge on top of $69 per sensor, which is $28, that still surprises me, as people on the internet never say there is a labor charge like that. However, I am happy with them following up on this issue and offering me a 1/3 refund of what was charged. Changed from 1 star to 3 stars. STAY AWAY! Deceptive Upselling and Double-Billing by Management!I have been a loyal customer of America's Tire for over seven years, purchasing at least 12 tires and TPMS systems here. After my experience this week, I will NEVER step foot in an America's Tire again.I visited on Thursday and a representative gave me honest, transparent information about my tire wear. I returned on Friday to get the work done, but was unfortunately handled by this guy—a newly promoted assistant manager from Modesto (wearing a black coat).He completely lied about my tire wear to aggressively upsell me. Then, he flagrantly lied about the pricing structure to rip me off. He quoted me $210 for three TPMS sensors including labor, but then tacked on an additional $90 fee strictly for labor o

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. When I first arrived, Ryan (Senior Manager) took the time to look over my tires, explain what I needed, answer my questions, and help me choose the right tires for my vehicle. He made the process simple and stress-free, and I appreciated how honest and straightforward he was throughout the whole experience. Nicholas (Assistant Manager) was also amazing. He helped keep everything organized, made sure I was taken care of, and provided great customer service. Aiden (Service Tech) did an outstanding job working on my car. He and the team handled everything carefully and efficiently, and I could tell they took pride in doing the job right. My vehicle was taken care of properly, and the quality of the work really showed. It’s not often you find a place where the whole team. From management to the technicians are friendly, skilled, and truly cares about the customer. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for great service, quality work, and people you can trust. I was hesitant to go to another americas tires after a bad experience years ago at a different location but this team is first class. I am very particular about my vehicles and exclusively work on them myself but they went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. I made an appointment and the service was FAST. I could not recommend them enough and having a tire place I fully trust is priceless.
