I would like to commend all of the store employees who were present during my visit. Every team member I encountered was professional, engaging, and provided accurate, helpful information. Their customer service stood out and made my experience a positive one. I was impressed with the overall appearance of the store. It was fresh, clean, airy, and well-organized. As someone who values aesthetics, I can confidently say the environment exceeded my expectations and reflected a high level of care and attention to detail. I took my truck in for some new tires and made a Tire/Wheel Consultation appointment because I wasn't sure about what tire I wanted. Needless to say, I was impressed by the thorough consultation I received from Chip. After the consultation, it was easy to decide what tire I wanted. I really like that they have a wide selection of in-stock tires with great prices. The ultra-terrain I chose were in stock and I was out of the door in less than one hour.

I came in today to get some tires. I had the best experience/ customer service. The first guy that helped me provided great customer service, I believe his name was Ryan (**932). I think this is his employee number, I just gave the last three digits. But when he helped me I was greeted with a smile. He explained everything to me not trying to over sale just sale me what I needed. We went through tires options and I was able to pick which ones I wanted with no hassle. I had to pay and leave so he scheduled me an appointment to come back. When I arrived back at the shop I was once again greeted with good customer service. I didn’t catch everyone’s name that I encountered but the customer service was amazing. The guys worked on my can quick and efficiently. Michael was the last person I had contact with, very friendly and kind. Thank all you guys for the professionalisms and the great customer service.

These guys are awesome. Fast friendly I got a flat early in the morning. AAA got me there ar 7:45 they took me in 5 mins before they open and I was out the door by 8:20. Made it to work at 9 am.

Sean over there is the man! They couldn’t get my wheel lock off initially and Sean went over there and did his thing and they got it off. Great service with a great group of guys that’ll take care of your tire needs 10/10
