We have a suv Volkswagen Yesterday, Aug 30, we went there for an interior detailing. The guy who gives the price and does the jobs too -I think his name was Ismail- was very nice and welcoming. He gave us a good price and the car was cleaned and detailed so much so that it became like a new car! It took over two hours naturally but the car was clean as a whistle🤩. I highly recommend this place to anyone whose car needs a thorough cleaning and detailing job.👍

Please be careful bringing your car here. I've been coming to this place for years and have never had any issues before until now. I recently bought a new (to me) lightly used 2022 Honda Accord, and this is my first time getting it washed. One of their employees scratched my infotainment screen. When I brought the issue up to the employee that cleaned the car, they deflected told me that the scratch was already there (which it wasn't) and told me to talk to my dealership because "my daughter who clean the car never touched the screen and it already there" which is BS. I AM NEVER COMING BACK TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN. Take responsibility for your mistakes.

Just WOW. I have been to different hand car washes all over OC (think even more “fancy” areas like irvine etc) I truly have to say they did such a good job here that leaving this review is the least I can do to say THANK YOU! First, their pricing compared to other washes is phenomenal. Especially considering how wonderful of a job they did. Second, they literally were able to get out glue mark stuck on my seats (again, other places couldn’t). Third, I want to reiterate that I am just blown away by the quality of the work especially considering the price. It took longer than other car washes I’ve been to and it definitely is reflected in the quality of work. Thank you! Regretting not taking a before photo but enjoy a -literally- spotless car! 🙏🏻💕

Been here many times before. Never experienced this level of incompetence before today. Not only did my car come out looking like it a splotchy mess and some discoloration on my front end looking pink, the cleaning guy broke off my Pennywise figurine attached to my dash. It has been there for almost 5 years and survived many carwashes before. He broke it off from where it was glued but also broke off the leg completely. After asking about the splotches they preceeded to tell me it was my old paint, then back tracked a couple minutes later stating it was just dirty. Dirty, after it was washed. Didnt look like this a month ago when I washed it previously. Avoid this place. They do a sloppy job, and pay little attention to what they are doing. They damage your car and take zero responsibilty for the damage they do. Wondering what chemical they had on their rag that they didn't realize was there before wiping things down. Avoid lazy sloppy and possibly damaging carwashes from this place!

New owners jacked up pricing by alot. What used to be $18 wash is now $25. Left my car full of dust & outside with spots everywhere. Been going for over a decade but with new prices it's not really worth it
