Arthur, the owner, is a truly talented professional with regard to audio car sound systems. Though we works on all car systems he excels on working with the more complex and sophisticated systems, like Porsche, BMW, Mercedes and exotics. Regardless of what he’s working on he’s a protectionist taking great pride in his work. He just did a complete retrofit upgrade of my Porsche 911 installing a back up camera and blind spot system. Despite the complexity of the task, he was amazingly reasonable. Equally important he takes so much pride in his work and insuring that you are more than pleased with the outcome. It’s so rare to find this kind of expertise and commitment. Equally important, he’s a great guy.

I was very pleased with the service and expertise at Audio Crafters. I had a different installer install a radio and backup camera in my wife's truck which was frustrating to use, and it turned out had the wrong type of camera installed. (That installer had installed a camera on the back which was intended for the front!) Arthur gave me great advice, did an expert job of installing the device, answered all my questions patiently. I heartily recommend Audio Crafters!

OMG! I had THE BEST experience I've had in a long time with a local business at Audio Crafters. Backstory I'd inherited a nice, low-mileage SUV from my mom that was better in almost every way than my newer car. The one hangup was that the infotainment center was dated, and many of the important features didn't work properly. I couldn't engage in hands-free calls because no one could hear me but, worst of all, the position of the screen made it impossible to see anything in the camera when backing up if the sun was out. Audio Crafters I went in on a whim a few days ago and asked Arthur if he had a system that might work in my car. Right away, he listened to what my chief issues were and suggested a system I'd never considered in my past searches, but it seemed perfect. I ended up deciding to go with his recommendation, and he had it in stock within two days, and installed it in just a few hours on the third. Now my car is the bomb! I love the system Arthur installed, and he did such a great job. He took the time to make sure I could still access buttons behind the screen, and none of the air vents are blocked. is awesome!! He is super knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I purchased an aftermarket infotainment system from GROM Audio - the VLINE VL2. I saw on their website that his shop is an authorized professional installer. I called him and got a quote on how much it would cost to install. The price was reasonable considering all the work that needed to be done. I dropped the car off Wednesday morning at 9am and Arthur estimated that it’d be done around 12 the same day. However, at 1pm I got a call from arthur saying that my kit came with the wrong video harness (my mistake since I ordered it myself). He took the time and effort to call GROMs tech support to figure out the correct harness my car uses. To avoid further inconvenience I immediately ordered the correct part but it was gonna take 2 days to arrive at his shop. He was thoughtful and let me keep the car at the shop until it arrived. The part finally arrived Friday morning and Arthur worked quickly to install it and reassemble the center console. I got a call early Friday afternoon that my car is ready for pickup. When I picked up my car he did a quick run through of the product and I quickly noticed how well put together

I explained to Arthur what I needed and he came up with excellent recommendation for a system that addresses my needs - a touch screen blue-tooth enabled that integrates with my phone and I can make hands free phone calls and pick music to play. The installation and fit was perfect. Arthur is a pro!
