The shop has a relaxed, no-pressure vibe, and Sam makes the whole process easy from start to finish. Updating my review from 4 to 5 stars. After spending more time with the system, I wanted to update my review. The shop worked with me through a difficult issue that was hard to reproduce. They replaced components, updated the wiring, retuned the system, and the problem appears to be resolved. The difference in sound quality is significant. The bass is much deeper, cleaner, and more consistent than before, and the entire system sounds better overall. They also took the time to answer questions and make sure everything was working properly. I appreciate their effort and customer service, and I'm very happy with the final result.

I had the pleasure of dropping my car off at AudioLab and working with Sam. He was easy to get in touch with, and very upfront and fair with his quotes. They did a beautiful job hardwiring a radar detector kit for me, as well as doing the front doors sound dampening and replacing the Sonos speakers with an 8" Helix i5 I will return to AudioLab each time I'm ready for the next upgrade with the sound systems

Joey was welcoming and very knowledgeable about the car audio space. I had some old equipment I wanted to use and he explained how technology has progressed and the benefits of upgrading to new components versus using my old (but still usable) equipment. He didn't try to upsell me, but covered the range of budgetary options they carry. The capabilities of the shop are expansive as they can custom make parts in-house with their 3D-printers, CNC machine, and laser cutter.
