Brought a van in to have the transmission flushed. I specifically asked for a machine flush meaning they use a machine to flush the used ATF out (along with all the gunk) and pump new ATF fluid in. they told me they could do so. when i picked up my van and saw the invoice, the notes showed all they did was put some flushing cleaner in the transmission, ran it, then did a drain and refill. no machine flush like i had asked. I ended up taking it to the dealer and they gave me a sample of the ATF in the transmission and it was black. really nasty Prior to the van I had another car they claimed to have flushed the fluids on after changing a hose out of one of the systems in the car and yet when i got it back the fluid was still black. went to oreilly and looked at a new bottle of PS fluid and it was reddish clear. definitely not black. So i discovered they reused the existing fluid and even charged me for new fluid. This place is dishonest. do not go here for transmission or any fluid flushes for that matter.

Was referred through a chain, that led to K&M drivetrain, who suggested going here to get things checked out. Absolutely glad I did, the price to me matters little when I'm able to keep my baby (a 99 Chevy suburban) going. Yes, there's a lot of documentations, but as someone who has minimal experience, things out of my wheelhouse require a mechanic. Absolutely 5/5, Shiela is wonderful, and the mechanic (I missed your name man, I'm sorry!) was super nice as well. It's places like this that make me wish I could give 10/10, and I've been referring them to people who ask me how my burban sounds so good. I wish I was just trying to fluff this company up, but I haven't felt so.. seen? As an individual with concerns, that has had them addressed without being brushed off because "I'm not a mechanic and don't know". Can not recommend them enough, the price is far beyond worth it for absolute solid work that I don't have to worry about something happening in six months. Bonus: Shiela actually gave me estimates (of course subject to change) on other work that will be required, and knowing what I can save for has me more than willing to come back. Again, 5/5, 10/10, can't recommend enoug

Very professional, Great customer, greeted the moment I walk in and was ask if I wanted a coffee or water. I felt welcomed. Very clean and cozy environment. Was able to have all issues resolved on my vehicle. They had a issue with one of my AC lines and wasn't able to take care of it until Monday. They told me that they would take care of the AC line with no extra cost. I look forward to future business with this company, and highly recommend this place to my friends and family

I initially went here based on reviews and have been here a total of three times since. Each time, Bob or Sheila have always been kind and professional. The work performed by the mechanics appears to be solid because I haven't had to return for anything previously repaired. The office is small, but clean and modern. I trust this place to work on my car and plan on continuing to go here in the future. If you're looking for a mechanic, you should give them a shot. Update 11/30/2022: This company continues to provide quality service to me. After bringing both of my cars there several times, I trust them to be honest, to fix any issues I may currently be experiencing, and even catch some issues before they become big ones in the future.
