I needed to get a replacement alternator for my Toyota Highlander. I know that auto electric rebuilders has a good reputation. I’ve worked and purchased items from them in the past. It was on Saturday afternoon about 2 PM and I called and Tim. The owner answered the phone. He’s always a pleasant person to speak to and very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about electrical problems and parts I asked him for the availability of the alternator and he told me he had the part I needed and told me the cost. I’m happy that every time I contact them for any parts they usually have them, but even if they do not, they are quick to work on acquiring that item for me. So I just drove on down there grab the item from him and attempted to fix my car come to find out I had given the wrong information and the handle to the alternator was on the or the bracket was on the opposite side so I brought it back to him and let him know that it was incorrect, but it was my fault. He said no problem. He fixed the issue and gave me back the alternator installed it and I’m a happy camper. I absolutely recommend this location. Employees are always helpful and knowledgeable. I've been coming here for over twenty years, always dealing with the same guy pretty sure he's the owner.He's there everyday works hard. I repair boat engines and truck engines regularly, never had a starter or electric motor or alternator that he couldn't rebuild. Prices are more than fair.
