I had a great experience with Auto Hans and highly recommend them. They replaced the alternator and the diesel particulate filter (DPF) on my 2014 VW Beetle TDI using a genuine OEM Volkswagen DPF along with all the recommended gaskets and hardware. Before I approved the repair, they took the time to answer all of my questions, explained what was included in the estimate, discussed the pros and cons of cleaning the existing DPF versus replacing it, and even offered to research aftermarket options. There was never any pressure, and I appreciated their honesty and transparency throughout the process. The work was completed exactly as promised, and the car is running great. It’s hard to find a shop that specializes in VW diesels, communicates well, and stands behind their work with a solid warranty. If you’re looking for knowledgeable technicians who do quality work and keep you informed every step of the way, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Auto Hans.

Auto Hans has been a trusted shop in my family for many years. My dad has taken all of his European and luxury vehicles here for at least the past 10 years, and they’ve always been a reliable resource for maintenance, advice, and honest input on cars. When I recently started looking to purchase a Jaguar F-Pace, I reached out to Alex for guidance and questions during the process. He was always helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to give honest feedback when I needed input on different vehicles I was interested in. I recently called asking about a pre-purchase inspection, but since they only perform those at their shop and the vehicle I was considering couldn’t be moved, they recommended Hans to handle it instead. That recommendation turned out to be excellent—my experience with him was outstanding and gave me a lot of confidence in my purchase. What else can I say? It's a top-rated experience at a reasonable market price. Why would you go anywhere else? Why wouldn't you want the best? Why not give them a try? I think you have your answer. I was honestly nervous about taking my truck to this company, but I’m really glad I did. I prayed over the situation, and it turned out to be a great experience with quality work. Alex was extremely nice, helpful, and professional throughout the process. The gentleman at the counter (I’m so sorry I forgot his name) was also very kind, respectful, and welcoming. Overall, the entire team made me feel comfortable and confident in my decision. I truly appreciate the level of professionalism and customer service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable work and a good experience.
