Very disappointing experience. The staff had a bad attitude when I simply asked about the differences between the different wash packages and price options. Instead of explaining them professionally, they made me feel like I was bothering them just by asking. The actual car wash was also extremely rushed—the entire process took around 5 minutes. The vacuuming was poorly done, especially the seats, which were still visibly dirty afterward. The windows also still had dirt and marks on them after the wash. For the price, I expected much better service and attention to detail. If you're going to offer different packages at different prices, customers should be able to ask what they're paying for without getting an attitude. Definitely would not recommend

Poor quality - washed only 3 of 4 wheels, missed clumps of pollen powder on the hood which came off with a flick of a finger, clumps of dirt remained on the windshield and roof railings. I tried this place out because I received a coupon on Facebook for a free exterior wash, and based on what I received, I would be very hesitant to pay the posted prices.

I paid about $100 for an exterior and interior car wash. When I picked up my car, the exterior was covered with streaks and residue (photos attached). I immediately brought it back and asked them to fix it. Instead of inspecting the car or trying to make it right, I was told they couldn’t help and offered a $35 machine wash. When I continued to explain that the service I paid for wasn’t acceptable, I was told to leave or they would call the police. They did eventually refund my money, which I appreciate. However, the way they handled a legitimate customer complaint was unacceptable

For a $61 upsell, my seats were not vacuumed and the floor mats were made wet but not cleaned at all. I purposely opened the glovebox so they can quickly run a vacuum inside it (it was totally empty) but they just simply shut it and did not even attempt to vacuum it. For that price they don’t even run a spray or cloth on the seats. Why come here when I can do a quick run down with a vet wipe myself and get better results? My car is barely cleaner with a strong smell of a chemical which is probably giving me cancer.

Very disappointed with this car wash. We paid $225 for a full detailing service, but the results were nowhere near what we expected. The interior was still covered in pet hair, several areas were not properly vacuumed, and there were visible stains and smudges left behind. It looked like they did a very basic cleaning instead of the professional detail we paid for. The photos speak for themselves. For the price they charge, we expected much better attention to detail and a much higher quality of work. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this business.
