I paid for the highest tier hand wash ($45) and it didn’t come out great. Lee the manager was nice enough to let me run it through again the next day as I needed to leave. The workers I spoke with this morning were trying to put it through again under the lower tier wash which did not include the wax/polish spray while it runs through the conveyer. I would expect like for like if I paid for that the previous day. And I only wanted the exterior washed not the interior. The final product again was not great. They tried to convince me that the yellow spots would not come off during a wash which I tried to explain they do if a rag simply makes contact. I can excuse some on the paint sure not everything is perfect but they were on the glass too. My wife likes this spot but I don’t think I’ll be back. Lee was nice but the team members that I interacted with were less so. My assessment watching them is the team that wipes in the conveyer does not make circular contact and simply drag the rags up and down which does not clean very well. 3 stars for it being a wash that was *OKAY*. I would give it 2 if not for Lee being sincere and allowing me to run it again.

I've been coming here for years, and now they offer wheel rash restoration. WHEEL RASH on a brand new rim is painful and expensive if taken to the dealership. Auto Pride lists the services as "Rims," but just ask, and they'll help you out. They did two tires- phenomenal outcome. Aside from this, they have washed, waxed, and detailed the interiors of our cars for more than 20+ years. Lee and the crew are the BEST! I stand by the fact that you can't find quality service like this anywhere else.

I’m very disappointed with the quality of service. After every wash, once the car dries, soap residue and water spots are clearly visible all over the paint, leaving noticeable marks instead of a clean finish. The dashboard is often left dusty because it isn’t wiped down properly. When cleaning the interior, the floor mats are removed but often not put back in their proper place. The biggest issue is the towels they use for drying. They leave scratches and swirl marks on the paint, which can permanently damage the finish. A professional car wash should be using clean, high-quality microfiber towels to protect customers’ vehicles. Another issue is that my membership includes an air freshener with every wash, but they only give me a single small air freshener wafer. One tiny wafer is not enough to freshen an entire vehicle and doesn’t match the level of service promised with the membership I hope the management reviews their work standards, uses clean, high-quality microfiber towels, and pays closer attention to detail before returning vehicles to customers. The quality of a car wash is not measured by how quickly the job is finished, but by the final result and customer satisfact

This one has really been a disappointment our last 2 visits. Yesterday was not busy at all and our car interior looked much the same going out as in. Mind you, we paid for the top cleaning price too. Apparently they no longer clean floor mats… We had to go over the interior when we got home! Ducky’s from now on…

This place is awesome. Firstly, the people who work there are phenomenal. They are never pushy or try to upsell. They will ask if you want a wax but they never try to push it on you. The quality of the wash is very good. It’s all hand wash so they don’t have those awful machines that just slap your car. Furthermore, you don’t have to sit in the car and drive through yourself. They have a monthly subscription which I really like. If you wash your car twice a month it pretty much pays for itself. They offer a regular wax, a clay wax or a full detail that I know of. I got a clay wax on another car and it came out very well. They have a service, by appointment, to refurbish your wheels which was absolutely amazing. My car is 15 years old and has the original wheels so I had a lot of serious scratches to my wheels from rubbing against curbs for all those years. I had looked into replacing them (and could only find refurbished wheels because these wheels are older) but each wheel would cost almost $400 per wheel to replace. They fixed each wheel for a little over $100 per wheel. They asses the damage and then give a price based on the amount of work needed so there is no set price. M
