In March, I brought my Mercedes here that was in very bad condition from an accident and immediately as soon as I walked through the door, I felt saved and confident and knew that I was in good hands. Everything was explained to me in detail and most importantly the job was well done. I can’t recommend them enough if you need help with your car.

I genuinely cannot say enough GOOD things about Auto Mend. I originally came in because my AC motor was going out in the middle of this brutal California heat. As a woman, I’m always cautious walking into an auto shop because I never know whether I’m going to be genuinely helped or spend money and leave with the same problem. From my very first interaction here, I felt completely different. The first time I came, I was lost trying to find the shop, and the owner stayed on the phone with me, guided me all the way there, came outside and waited for me, and greeted me with so much warmth and kindness. Everyone I interacted with made me feel comfortable explaining what was happening with my car, and I never felt dismissed or taken advantage of. When the AC stopped working again and I returned, they went above and beyond to make sure the actual problem was resolved. But what has stayed with me even more than the repair itself is how I was treated. There was such genuine kindness, patience, generosity, and tender care throughout my experience. Great experience with this car shop! The staff was friendly, professional, and honest throughout the whole process specially mr khalil who help me. The mechanic did an excellent job, explained everything clearly, and made sure the work was done properly. I really appreciate the quality of service and attention to detail. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable mechanic specially to those person that have a german car. I’ll definitely be coming back for future services!

I had an excellent experience with Khalil and his entire team. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and incredibly communicative. They kept me updated throughout the repair process, so I always knew what was happening with my Mercedes. Everyone on the staff was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. They completed the work quickly without sacrificing quality, and it was clear they genuinely cared about providing great customer service. Affordable prices, friendly staff, and efficient service. I was able to get my car transmission serviced in a day with no surprises. They were very upfront and direct with me about the services that I needed and kept me updated on their progress. I would say this place is a hidden gem, and you will be pleasantly surprised by the quality of their service. May 2025 Update: Khalil, new business manager, and Tato are both very professional and trustworthy. Tato, the head mechanic, went out of his way to help me find the most economical repair for my BMW. Two thumbs up for professionalism and superior customer service. I highly recommend them!! Also, the lobby has been updated with a cool new look for customers to chill while they work on the car.
