I was unfortunately very disappointed with my experience. I was significantly overcharged and billed for work that was not completed, as well as for parts that I never received. It took me some time to write this review, but I believe it’s important to be honest so others are aware. I hope the business takes the time to review their billing practices and address situations like this in the future.

I had all four tires replaced at this shop, and the entire experience was quick and seamless. I placed my order on Friday, dropped off my car Monday morning, and it was ready for pickup that same afternoon—right on schedule. The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process hassle-free. Highly recommend if you're looking for fast, reliable service!

I went to their office in July and spoke to Andrew and another staff member and they said they would get back to me with a quote. In person they seemed helpful and ready to help me fix my car stereo and camera. I sent many several follow up emails to get the job going and they kept saying they would send me a quote but they never did. It’s been 3 months and still nothing from them. If they didn’t want to do the job they could’ve just said no, instead they’ve just wasted my time with no apology or explanation.

I have had two separate services done at this shop, both were great quality, done on time, and were extremely well priced. First job was for an aftermarket radio, where I actually first went in to undo damage as I failed to wire it myself late on a Friday. Owner diagnosed the problem as just a popped fuse (fixed for free), and offered to test the radio to see if it worked. After doing half the wiring it was discovered that the radio did fail, and we scheduled a follow-up appointment after I got a new radio (note, the work was done into after hours for the business, super generous of them). Despite 2 appointments, the owner only charged me for 1 appointment as it was 1 job, despite it being my mistake. Radio works great several months after the job, despite it being plugged into a very old wiring harness on the car-side. Second job was installing a bolt-on aftermarket exhaust. I initially called the owner to inquire about pricing for a custom exhaust, and he recommended that a full-custom exhaust would likely not fit my needs and be quite expensive as I was looking for a cat-back system, and a bolt-on would likely be better for my car and he could make any adjustments to it as I s
