Autotek deserves a 5 star review for there honesty that they have always showed me.Their advice,recommendations and service they have provided for us over the past 10year can’t go with out saying to others what a good job they do.I take my car ,my wife’s car and teenagers cars here to Jay I trust his knowledge and experience because they have always been on point.his honesty and integrity come thru every time I talk to him feeling and knowing my family’s car is in good hands.Thank you Jay and autotek tech’s for all you have done for us and got us back on the road.

I took my car here a few weeks ago because it wouldn’t start but before it stopped running everything worked on my car and I mean everything they told me it was my computer system it was burned really bad so they fixed that and once they did that my car started making noises and wasn’t driving right at all and nothing on my car works the car just barely drives not to mention I bought my car in Stockton and drove it to Antioch with no problem now I have worse problems than I did before I took it to this shop the customer service rep is very rude and the mechanic is rude too I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone this is the worse auto shop I have ever been too not to forget I can’t even leave my car anywhere because my doors won’t lock my alarm system doesn’t work my radio doesn’t work for me to use my navigation system or my back up camera I took it back to this shop a couple times and they would not help me or even attempt to help me they just kept trying to get more and more money from me

Thank you auto tek ! For doing a great job on my car new to town & I was lucky enough to find this shop !😀best prices in town they will not rip you off like other shops !

Tried explaining to them what’s wrong with my car they said they could have it fixed in 3 hours.. they lied 😂 I got a call 5-6 hours later that something needed to be fixed and they didn’t give me a total cost but said they would subtract the $160 automatic fee from the mystery price so I said cool do it. 2 more hours later I paid them $260 and I still have the same problem. Kinda my fault I had suspected this might be shady and almost left but they hit me with the “no no we’ll be quick! We won’t wait until 20 minutes before we close to tell you the car is done.” Then did it

Today is August 30, 2025 - I would NOT recommend this place based on our experience here. We took our car in to find out why the A/C isn’t blowing cold (the beginning of summer 2024). They kept the car for months because they couldn’t figure out the problem. They ended up telling us they have to replace the entire A/C unit. Right at $1700-$1800. Even after doing so it wasn’t was cold, it was cool. They told us to keep driving it and it would get better. Well they kept it so long we didn’t need A/C because it cooled off, heading into fall weather ( but it’s a year’s warranty). Fast forward we take it back when it got hot this summer (2025) for the same reason. They kept the car for over a week with not updates. You have to keep going there to find out what they’re doing or not doing. Each time we went it was just parked in the back, never saw anyone working on it. They will not honor the warranty. We are taking them to court. Jay is not honest. I do not recommend this place at all.
