I took my vehicle in for a rack and pinion repair to another shop. They didn't do the alignment. So I took the car to axel and wheel. They informed me that it had been placed improperly, and would be able to fix it. So they recentered my rack and pinion and fixed my car. The staff was very friendly, very efficient, explained everything completely. I will definitely use them for any kind of suspension problems I have with this car. I would highly recommend their service.

Scheduled an appointment to get my wife's 03 GMC Yukon XL Quadrasteer aligned after I installed all new front end suspension and 5100 Bilsteins. Alignment went smooth and was in and out in 1.5 hours and everything felt wayyy better! Left and noticed a few days later that the front end was sitting almost 2" lower on driver's side front. Although I personally did all the work myself, I typically don't work on vehicles with torsion bars and I assumed that the height difference was something that would be corrected when you have it aligned, but boy I was wrong! These gmt800 trucks have a common issue where the truck leans heavily to the driver's side, making the driver side torsion bar lose its torsional resistance over time a lot faster than the passagers side...Long story short I found this out after the alignment was done and had to crank the driver's side torsion bar waayyyy more than the passagers side to level the front end, but still keep a slight rake toward the front. I contacted Cristi & Amanda, explained the issue, and they got me back in the same day! They corrected the alignment for me AGAIN after I messed with the torsion bars free of charge! This place is awesome everyone was friendly the young lady in the waiting room was very friendly. Amanda was friendly and very helpful she said my 2015 F350 super Duty alignment was perfect she told me my front shocks we're weak and the back one's we're still okay she did not pressure me into getting the back ones I told her go ahead do all four and the Steering damper. I thought it drove perfect when I took it in it drives better with all the new parts thank y'all so much I will always come to y'all and tell people about y'all's work.
