Lived near by all my life, dad always took his cars to get smogged here and now I bring all my cars here. Great service, best prices and speedy results have not changed since I can remember. Kid friendly. I will continue coming here and would recommend to every one. Staff takes pride in their work and it shows through their hospitality and customer service. 10 out of 10. 👍

Raul ramirez is the tech at this shop , this guy gets in my car sees the check engine light on and still proceeds to smog the car knowing that it will not pass, legally he cant do that and I tried to call him back and just never answers. Poor character this man carries around ,he must really need those 40 dollars to be put here scamming hard working people

I went in for a smog on 4/15/2025 early morning. Walked in the office and waited for a while. After a few minutes, Raul stepped into the office and I greeted him. Told Raul that I'm here for a smog check and everything went okay. I gave him all my paperwork and mentioned I had a coupon for $39.75 which is on his website. His attitude shifted, was a bit rude and asked for my keys. Told me it’s going to take 15 minutes. No other customer or vehicle was there. It took longer than 15 mins and after a while, he popped in the office. Told me that the car wont pass because my computer and obd wasn’t ready. Gave me a suggestion to drive my car for 30 miles to reset the computer. I drove less than 5 miles down the street to get gas. Came back and he ran the test again. This time the car passes and told me that he going to charge me for 2 test. Went in for a $40 smog and ended up paying $90. Paid him, he gave me back my change, my paperwork, and he just walked away. Poor attitude and unprofessional. Would never go back or recommend anyone for his service. Make sure to do your research people. Be careful out there.

So today I decided to take my car for a simple smog. Turns out my car is too low which is fine, I totally understand, however the customer service from Raul was poor and unprofessional very very bad attitude almost like if hes having a bad day who knows but there is different ways of treating a customer without being a smart a*%!! If you have personal problems it is NOT OK to take it out on your customers, keep your personal stuff at home and provide above and beyond service at your location. This is the kind of service that makes people walk away and never come back. If you want more details feel free to ask away I'm open. Not only that but when my car was supposedly ready for smog he whistled at me like I'm some kind of dog instead of approaching me and just saying " ready"? Others might like to be treated that way but in my world that's very disrespectful!! I had to write down my personal information and address on a piece of paper. All I wanted was to scratch out my information or keep the paper and he threw a fit and raised his voice for no reason! Then he grabbed the paper and destroyed it in my face!! I'm sure if he has a camera in there he would see that but most like
