Fernando at Bay Radio and Alarm has my highest recommendation! I attempted to install a WolfBox G840S Mirror Dash Cam with a back-up camera that would be powered by connecting a FitDVR power adapter to the rain sensor in my 2011 328i Convertible. I ran into trouble when it was obvious that a) the cable needed to be routed behind the airbag on the A-pillar and not just tucked into the panel seam, and b) a hole would need to be drilled into the trunk lid for the camera cable. Within two minutes conversation, Fernando suggested three better ways to install this system than the instructions by the "experts" on YouTube and those on the manufacturer's site--for example, he routed the camera cable through the license plate light instead of drilling a hole in the trunk or the trunk handle of my car. He was courteous to me and quick to schedule and perform the installation. His plan was customized to my car and his recommendations were based on the features of the product I wanted to install. Got my front camera installed by Bay Radio and Alarm on my LC 500 and they did a great job. Everything looks clean and works perfect. The camera is super clear and makes parking way easier. No issues at all. If you need work done, I’d recommend them for sure.
