Ana, the Best Buy store manager in Oxnard, CA, provided very poor customer service during my visit. I waited about 10 minutes for her to come to assist me. When she arrived, she gave information that contradicted what was previously offered first suggesting a service was available, then stating it was not available. As a customer and Total Tech member for over 5 years, I expected better communication and consistency. The interaction felt unprofessional and left me with no clear resolution. I’m disappointed and would like the store to improve how managers handle customer follow-through and service availability.

Wow. I am so greatful for the help I got from Aaliyah in the “geek squad”. Out of everyone I encountered in the store she went above and beyond to help and was a GENIUS when it came to the actual stuff I needed. I came with old cameras needing cords. I think everyone would agree Best Buy is where to go to find “cords”. So, I started with the person at the door that greets you (for what I don’t know), showed him my old cameras and he directed me to “the camera department”. There, I met someone who told me for sure Best Buy didn’t have these cords and I should look on E bay. That seemed incorrect. Soooo I did a little google search, found the thing to charge the batteries that was required and…. Indeed they DID have it. Then, I buy this nearly $70 device to charge the batteries and tell the guy I need to test it to see if it works and return it immediately if it doesn’t. He says I can plug it “over there” and just kind of points in the distance. It was me who decided to go to Geek Squad where I met Aaliyah and she took the time to show me how to use the charger and found THE OTHER CORD I NEEDED and sold it to me. Aaliyah should be IN CHARGE of this Best Buy. Also, the guy at the reg

Walked in ready to buy some meta ray bans. Expecting to be a quick buy. Asked the guy at front where they are located and he pointed me at the location. I was standing for over 15 minutes for someone to come by and assist me. Employees were walking by. Did not bother to ask me if i needed anything. Walked out very disappointed. To the location manager. As a management person myself. You gotta work with your team to be more enthusiastic in their roles..

No one helped me look for an item. I asked 3 different associate & not a single person would even take 1 second to help me. We waited around for 30 min & finally left. I only go here once every 10 years & can’t even buy anything. They lost a sale today & permanent customer today. Amazon is king in customer service & much better way to shop.

I always thought of Best Buy as a place to buy electronics like a new laptop. But you can get stoves, microwaves, and washer machines here. It's like a mini home depot in the store. There was a lot of good deals during Black Friday.
