Our family’s go-to place. And our dad hardly trusts anyone with our cars, so that says a lot. Frank has always been honest and thorough. And pricing is reasonable too. They are definitely a place I’d check with first if I needed my car serviced or had any kind of concern.

I had a great experience during my recent visit to Big Brand Tire in Chula Vista. My customer service representative, Frank, was very attentive and made sure both my needs and other customers' needs were taken care of throughout the visit. He even made sure the coffee was full and that there was plenty of cold water available for everyone. The work was completed in a timely manner, and overall, it was a great experience. I appreciate the excellent customer service and would definitely recommend this location. /s/ a dedicated and repeat customer!

I came in for an oil change and tire rotation with an appointment. The morning after when I pulled the car from the driveway my car was leaking oil. I had to bring it back, just for them to wipe the area down and claim they “changed the gasket or just needed to tighten it up.” That’s hard to believe because the oil was never drained, replaced, or even topped off. I checked the dipstick myself. They clearly did the bare minimum and acted like the problem was fixed. Even left an oil mess when I lifted the hood. This was lazy work, poor customer service, and a complete waste of my time. For a shop that’s supposed to be reputable, this was disappointing and unacceptable. I would not recommend this place.

I want to say that I am very impressed with the service manager, Frank Ramirez at Big Brand Tire service. Frank and his team took excellent care of our RV and put six tires on in record time. He gave us a great deal on the price &!excellent service. He went above and beyond doing a great job. It’s hard to find someone that will go the extra mild these days.I highly recommend anyone needing tires should work with him.
