I scraped my car really bad while staying the weekend in SF and needed the car repaired quickly as I was leaving the city the day after. They quoted me and originally said it would take 2-4 days, but when I told them my situation they said they could get it to me by the next day and quickly started working on my car. I brought my car in Saturday morning, and they repaired the damage by afternoon the next day, which means they came in to work on it even on their day off. The car looked brand new, and they even fixed some previous scratches I had on my car for free. I am so grateful for the people at Bismark, they are wonderful, do great work, and they try their best to accommodate your needs. Thank you guys so much!

When I first came in a little while ago, I had tons of little scrapes & though they offered to repair it all, they were willing to patch it so I could sell it for a much much lower price. It looked basically as good as new. Then like a few days after getting it repaired, I lent it to a friend & it ended up getting scraped again. I took it in to be patched again, but it ended up needing to be repaired for real. When I came back to get it the damaged area was PERFECT. He honored the original price though surely I owed him more than double. If I weren’t selling my car, I would be coming here again. I strongly recommend this place to anyone who needs repair!!

I brought my car to Bismark's shop after a car wash tore off the front bumper and damaged the fender, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service I received. From the moment I walked in, Bismark was incredibly friendly, professional, and communicative. He made the insurance process seamless and stress-free, handling everything with efficiency. On top of that, he went above and beyond by offering to get my car smog-checked while it was being repaired. When I picked up my car, I was shocked to find that they had included a free interior detail. It felt like a brand new car. The following week, when my small side window was broken into, Bismark offered to fix it at no cost. This is, hands down, the best auto body shop I’ve ever been to. I’ll be returning for any future repair needs (though hopefully not too soon). Thank you, Bismark!

Bismark and his team did a fantastic job with my Toyota Prius. It is an older 2002 model and another driver took off the front end while it was parked. Bismark replaced and painted the front fender and bumper and repaired and painted the hood and driver door to match. It now looks like a brand new car and I couldn't be happier. Very high quality repair and I highly recommend them.
