Dealing with car issues without any male guidance can be a struggle as most shops like to take advantage of the lack of knowledge one has. This is absolutely not the case with Tiger and his team. On the first day, I went to this shop for the very first time to get a VSSI inspection done on my salvage vehicle. I knew my car wouldn’t pass, but I wanted a quote of everything I’d need to get done in order to meet requirements, to see if the repairs were worth the hassle. I got a very reasonable quote and was explained to why everything cost what it cost. When I decided to get the car fixed and returned it to the shop, they kept the same quote and didn’t charge me again for the confirming VSSI. They got the car done in such a timely manner, and even offered me an opportunity to take it home for the weekend (because I had to wait for the VSSI on a week day) because I had previously mentioned I relied heavily on my car for work, this was very kind and considerate of them. They even did a few extra things to further ensure the safety of the car at no additional charge. I had been stressed for about a year and a half with getting the money and going to a proper shop to get my vehicle fixed

SAFETY INSPECTION SCAM Do not come here for your reticle readiness review !!!! I am the proud owner of a 2007 Toyota solara that has been recovered from a minor accident. All damages were fixed and the car was in tip top shape. The dash codes are clear and the body damage is now invisible after pouring my soul into her. I come to these guys looking for a vehicle safety inspection with no doubt I will pass They made me sign saying I will pay $200 no matter if the vehicle passes or not. They ended up failing my vehicle for cracks in the tires. I have Yokohama tires that are practically new, I refuse to change them. There are no visible cracks I will post pictures shortly. Long story short they made me pay the $200 before giving my keys back! Oh and this took them 5 hours, my whole day was wasted!!! When I finally got my keys back everything was on the floor and the seatbelts were buckled I noticed a change in my mileage.. they must have been very rough with my car when it was in there care. I am only 21 and I live independently because I am an orphan. My monthly budget did not account for this and I am deeply disappointed

My car’s battery died while I was on the freeway. I had to get it towed, and was worried it would cost a fortune, but Tiger and his crew came through. They didn’t charge me for anything extra, no hidden fees - nothing. If anything, they fixed other issues with my car - no additional charge. They’re incredible, and great honest people. Very hard to come by nowadays.

Tiger is the absolute best. People who gave one star reviews were more than likely the problem, because he has the best prices and goes above and beyond whatever he is paid. He goes the extra mile to make sure your car is 100%, and he easily beats any other company out there. Highly highly recommend him, please support!

I went in for a brake and lamp inspection and the staff there were very helpful and thorough with explaining everything. Willi even went as far as showing me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained why the part needed to be replaced…(unlike these other places that just tell you what’s wrong and throw a random price and rip you off)! In my experience, The staff here are truthful and Caring. They get the job done in a timely manner and you leave knowing you made the right decision to take your car here. Not to mention BEST PRICE around! Thank you moe and willi!
