Outstanding Customer Service and Honesty from Trevor!!!! I am writing to say how much I really appreciated Trevor at the Brake Masters on Saviers Road in Oxnard for his exceptional service and honesty. I brought my vehicle in with a list of five repairs that another shop recommended I get immediately. Instead of pushing for the sale, Trevor took the time to explain each service and had his technician thoroughly verify the what was needed. He honestly informed me that while the repairs will be needed eventually, not all of them were urgent and could wait until my next oil change. I ended up getting my coolant flushed and will get some of the others services taken care of in a few months. As a long-time customer, I deeply appreciated Trevor's integrity. It is rare to find an automotive professional who prioritizes doing the right thing over making a quick profit. Trevor and his team provided a stellar experience, as they were quick and honest. I highly recommend anyone looking for a great place to go for brakes, oil change, etc. head over to the Oxnard location on Saviers and ask for Trevor! You won't regret it:)

Very happy with the service at this location. The manager Trevor is super helpful and honest. The mechanics are diligent and professional. The shop is clean and organized. Definitely recommend for all your automotive needs!

I had my car serviced today, for an oil change! They honored the coupon they advertised online! Johnny and his team accommodated us, they went above and beyond with their professionalism, kindness and knowledge! While we waited for our vehicle to be serviced, they had coffee and donuts for us! They were also speedy and prompt, we were on the road in no time! We will be returning to this location for all our car needs!

Johnny and his team were amazing! Came in as I needed my rotors done (couldn’t get them off) and they fixed them and replaced them for me. They were also super quick and very nice. Will def be back when I need help again, thank you !!!

My car was squeaking and I assumed I needed a break change so I brought it in on my lunch break. I appreciated the teams quick assessment and honesty when they informed me that my break pads were in almost brand new condition. They could have taken advantage and charged me for a full set but instead they were honest so I recommend them!
