I went to this shop on 08/25/26 because my truck was pulling hard to the left and the left front tire was visibly tilted. Before they did any work, I specifically asked the owner and mechanic if they could actually fix the problem when they installed my new tires and did the alignment, or if I needed to take the truck to a regular mechanic instead. They told me they could fix it. I came back the next day with the new tires I had purchased. They put the truck on the lift, showed me what they said was causing the problem, and gave me a list of repairs. I asked again, very clearly, “If I fix all of this, will it correct the tire leaning and alignment problem?” The mechanic shook my hand and told me yes. I picked the truck up on 08/27/26, paid the bill in full, and the tire was still visibly slanted. I was also charged for the alignment. At that point the mechanic told me, “This is the best we can do because the truck is lifted, and I’ve never worked on a lifted truck like this before.” That is something that should have been explained before I spent the money, especially after I specifically asked them twice whether they were capable of fixing the problem. I returned to G&G Tires to get my free tire rotation that came with the purchase of my 4 new tires. When I arrived, the shop looked different, so I asked if it was still the same G&G Tires and they confirmed that it was. However, it turns out it is NOT the same shop, even though they claimed it was. When I requested the rotation, they refused to do the service even though it was part of my original agreement. This was frustrating and unprofessional. I trusted the business because of the original service, but the refusal to honor what was included in my purchase was disappointing and misleading.

They offered me a good price for a set of decent tires including balance and alignment. Surprisingly, I found they put a set of cheap Chinese tires during the work. I stopped them to replace them with the tires that I originally ordered. After finished tire work, they told me they did balancing and alignment. It's a lie. While driving back to home, I felt serious vibration and strong pulling to the right. When I came back for rework, they closed the shop. I also found that a wheel nut is missing out of rear right wheel. I'm going to report this shop to board of automotive repairs for very unsafe work. Beware! Do not buy any service.

Just got used tires and they look brand new. Great prices.
