Nobody there to attend, no phone number to call, hoses are always leaking, machine takes your money but won't work. I just lost 10 dls so how do I get them back

Horrible. They turn the pressure down so u cant clean anything properly. The soap setting literally gives you low pressure and ZERO soap. This place only has water. Its comparable to washing your car with a hose and nothing else. Worst car wash in southbay PERIOD. Negative -5000 stars. Do not go here. Your car will still be dirty afterwards. You have been WARNED.

Visited again. Was already regretting before arriving, been scammed by this place multiple times. So I wanted to save money on getting my car washed so I changed a $5 bill to coins. Inserted the $4 dollars. The machine got stuck on $3.75. So I kept inserting quarters. Still stuck on $3.75. Ran to change machine changed $1 to quarters. Put them in nothing, machine still stuck on $3.75. Used my atm card. Finally got machine to work. The water pressure is too low, couldn’t properly wash car. When I checked the atm transaction, I was charged $10! And it ate $6 in coins. The total $16 for a half washed car. The previous visit, I tried changing $5 to coins & the machine gave me $4.75 in quarters & a nickel. Who ever is the owner is very aware of what they are doing, ripping off their customers/community.

Oh WOW! This place is a SCAM! Lmaolol! yeah, the change machines would only take $1s $5s & $10s, and of course the ATM only gives $20s and larger. but theyll let you swipe your card directly so no problem! right? right? yeah, nope. the defaced and barely readable signage makes it look like its $5 per swipe. but its not, its $10 per swipe. i thought i was spending $30 total, but it was $60! Jesus Christ! for that price i could go a block up the street and HAVE THEM HAND WASH MY CAR INSIDE AND OUT for just $10 more! after reading some of these other reviews here, im convinced that this is intentionally misleading. ALSO! the timer was not what i could call consistent. i couldnt figure out what the time length was, it always seemed different lengths even though i tried to time it. AND! half of the settings didnt work, or took a long time to start. so it seemed like half of the 'time' was spent either figuring out what worked or waiting for something to start working. im so annoyed that these people scammed me for $60...
