I’ve been coming to this car wash consistently for over 2 years ~ once every 2 months. They do a great job with interior and exterior cleaning, take their time doing a thorough job - note that I typically go on off peak times. They do offer the “no brush “ option (w their premium option) if you care about your car’s finish. The car detailing option looks promising but I haven’t yet tried it. I think this is the best car wash in the area.

I see mixed reviews before going here. However I got a good experience during my car wash. Everybody is really hardworking and were doing their job dedicatedly. I feel there is a need to improve on communication part but it does not matter much as long as they are giving good service and keeping their billing promises. Thank You Team

The premium wash looks like this 🤣🤣🤣 Thank you for getting back to me. Since you asked what didn't meet my expectations: the interior was not properly cleaned. There was still visible dust and dirt on the door panels and seats after the wash (see the attached photos). I specifically paid for the Premium Car Wash, so I expected the interior to be cleaned much more thoroughly. I'd appreciate a complimentary rewash or another appropriate resolution

I had a great experience at Brother Car Wash. Jazmine was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process smooth from start to finish. She took the time to explain all the options and made sure I found the best fit for my needs. One thing I really appreciate about this car wash is the flexibility. Unlike other places, they don’t lock you into a monthly subscription with hidden fees. Instead, you can purchase a booklet, which gives you the freedom to use services when you actually need them. That’s a huge plus, especially after dealing with another hand car wash that overcharged us through a restrictive monthly plan. If you have a business, their corporate fleet rates are a fantastic option. It’s been a great solution for us and much more cost-effective. The quality of service is excellent, and the environment feels very safe and professional. It says a lot that even local police vehicles are washed here. Overall, I highly recommend Brother Car Wash for anyone looking for reliable service, fair pricing, and flexibility.

Do not go there. Waste of $80. My niece who's 5 could have done a better job. The outside wash was decent, just a basic wash. The side view mirrors were not cleaned and they used a tire wax that smeared all along the side the truck. Had to wipe down the whole car to get it off. The inside was terrible. No effort. I asked the cleaner if they clean the inside and the lady said yes. I showed her all the spots she missed, which she went, got the air hose and tried to blow it out. All she did was move the dirt around. The inside was not wiped down and neither were any of the floor mats or door panels. Dirt remained that could be ripped off with a finger. Do not go there.
