This is my absolute favorite Car Wash to go to! The reason why I love it is because they have Wi-Fi. They have a massage chair. They have outlets throughout where if you wanted to have an hour to get your car wash you could still sit down and do some work! Would I love particularly about today was a person named David he was extremely thoughtful and really just addressed all the things with my car before I even had to say it. He was conscientious over delivered, and I will forever be asking for him to wash my car whenever I I come back. The lady at the cash register is so sweet and always reminding me if I have extra points that I can use towards my service she never lets me forget that bubbles does offer some great discount services for multiple users that come to the location. For example, after three visits your fourth one you get $30 off your choice of package. I was able to use that and got an expensive package for only $59! Which my car really needed every bit of that! The manager was also really sweet. It’s great as you never have to wait for Service. They come right to you and THE very adamant about making sure you’re happy before you leave. I’ve been here many times and have given a $5-$10 tip everytime I’ve brought my car here on top of the $67 for the wash. WELL just left very unsatisfied today from how poor of a job they did, left my car oily everywhere in my interior from seats down to my steering wheel from whatever they use to clean the inside. Got an air fresher scent CANT smell it.. mirrors and screen not even touched with a cloth fingerprints still all over the place. I’m all for supporting a business but at least do it correctly.

Tito did an amazing job washing my car. He was professional, detail-oriented, and took his time to make sure everything was perfect. My car looks fantastic! This was my first time trying this car wash after searching for my next reliable place to take my car. Unfortunately, the experience was completely unacceptable. I arrived and waited for almost an hour and a half without ever seeing my car come out. I eventually walked to the back to check on the status, only to find my car sitting off to the side untouched while other customers’ vehicles continued getting serviced before mine. That’s when I was told my car was too low to go through the machine. The issue is, no one ever came to update me or let me know what was going on. Had I not gone to check myself, I probably would have still been sitting there waiting. After I said something, they finally called someone over to start working on my car manually. Waiting nearly two hours with zero communication is unacceptable customer service. A simple update would have gone a long way. Zero out of 10 experience. I will not be returning. They asked what type of air freshener I wanted it in my car and didn't even include it

This is a quality hand car wash. I take all of my vehicles here. The guys take their time and have high attention to detail.
