I just came here for a quote for a dent on my car. They quoted me 4x the price compared to surrounding collision shops. That’s insane! I cannot recommend this shop to anyone.

So gotta love bugs auto-repair? I've been in there now 3 × first. I came in there because another auto body shop did not do the best work. So I came to bugs to have it. Fixed turned out super simple unplugged wire, and they just kind of shifted the tailgate and got it realigned the way I wanted did it charge me second time came in there. Because my mom dropped something down the bed of my truck and it scraped the white paint I go in there. He says, come back tomorrow. I should have extra white paint. I come back. I mean, cause I'm not looking for action. I just don't want it to rest. Slaps a few Coats of the white paint onto the scratch doesn't charge me. And today hit-and-run, I go in there. And I asked him, how much to get rid of the scuff, they said, give us more arguably, the one fifty, which is to polish it out, and they come in.Okay good to go, so i'm gonna tell you.Oh, no, you're fine.We wiped it off with the wet.Rag, one of those wet polishing rags and once again did not charge me

My car was backed in to in a small shopping plaza parking lot. My rear bumper was damaged. I took my car to Bugs Collision to have it fixed. They were able to fix the bumper and get it back to oem spec. The paint match was 10/10. Very easy to work with and professional, since then I have had other projects painted by them. Highly recommend. Best shop in Stockton.

I highly recommend Bugs. From start to finish, Nathaniel took the stress out of dealing with my car’s damage from being rearended. He was professional, personable, helpful and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond with the repair and dealing with the insurance company, all in a timely and efficient manner. My car runs and looks better than ever! Thank you Bugs!

I had my car repaired at Bug’s Collision after an accident, and they did an amazing job! The car looks brand new, and the repair work was done with great care and attention to detail. Nathaniel provided excellent customer service. He was professional, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Even when the repairs took longer than expected due to some unfortunate circumstances, they went above and beyond by giving me rental reimbursement. I truly appreciate the work and care they put into helping me, and I highly recommend Bug’s Collision for quality repairs and outstanding service!
